For operators with multiple physical sites

Aerial media for property portfolios.

The same standard at every site. Consistent aerial stills and video across a whole estate, with volume pricing for the portfolio.

What you get at every site.

Depending on the package you choose, every site is delivered as a suite of high-resolution photographs, an edited film, or both, captured from the air to show the property at its best.

The media is yours to use across the board. Your website and booking platforms, brochures and marketing, social media, board and investor reporting, insurance and condition records, and surveys of the building and grounds. One shoot, one library, every use.

Every site is captured to one standard. Same kit, same angles, same colour grade, so the whole portfolio looks like one estate rather than a patchwork of local shoots. We run it as a single programme in geographic clusters, from ten sites to a hundred, with volume pricing across the estate.

How a portfolio programme runs.

01

Portfolio survey

Site list, locations, access windows, deliverable per site agreed in one scoping call. Output is a written programme with per-site scope and indicative dates.

02

Scheduled capture

We work through the portfolio in geographic clusters to keep travel efficient. Cluster captures run as concentrated trips, typically covering several sites in a single mobilisation.

03

Standardised post-production

Same colour grade, same crop framework, same export specs across every site. Every location matches the next, so the library reads as one consistent estate.

04

Centralised delivery

One cloud folder for the whole portfolio. Site-by-site sub-folders. Searchable, downloadable, organised for your marketing team to use immediately.

Why a standardised programme works.

The aerial coverage runs as one coordinated programme. One scope, one schedule, one delivery standard across the estate, so the media stays consistent without your marketing team having to coordinate it site by site.

Consistent visual identity across every site, set once in the portfolio survey. Every subsequent capture matches it by default.

Repeatable annually. We return to the same sites at the same angles, so year-on-year comparisons are possible. Refurbishments, extensions, and brand refreshes can be documented directly against the prior year's reference frame.

Cost per site falls as portfolio size rises. The economics work because travel, scoping, and post-production are shared across the estate.

The aerial work sits alongside whatever else you have in place. We handle the drone coverage and slot in with your existing photographers and ground teams, building media that complements the rest of your library.

Common questions.

What is the minimum portfolio size for a programme?

Six sites. Below that, one-off capture per site at standard rates is usually a better fit.

Do you cover the whole UK?

Yes. Our team is London-based. We work in geographic clusters across the UK to keep travel efficient and per-site costs down. Portfolios outside London are routine.

Can we mix tiers across the portfolio?

Yes. A common pattern is Premium on flagship sites and Standard on the rest. The deliverable per site can be set individually.

Can you work alongside our existing photographer or ground team?

Yes, and we often do. We handle the aerial coverage and slot in alongside ground photography and any suppliers you already work with. The aerial media is built to complement the rest of your library, not replace it.

What is the typical timeline for a 30-site portfolio?

Four to eight weeks from contract to full delivery, depending on geographic spread and access windows.

Do you handle airspace permissions where they are needed?

Yes. CAA Operational Authorisation covers our standard flights. Where sites are near restricted airspace, controlled airspace, or sensitive sites such as schools, we handle the additional clearances as part of the engagement.

Discuss a portfolio.

A 20-minute scoping call covers your site list, deliverable per site, timeline, and an indicative quote. We send a written proposal within five working days.
