Over & Above Aerial is a trading name of Blood Orange Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09628926, VAT number GB318937373), registered office 184 High Street, Ingatestone, Essex, CM4 9EZ. Blood Orange Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We may collect and process the following:

• Project data: information you give us about a development, site or portfolio when you make an enquiry or engage our services.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, and how you use our website.
• Marketing preferences: your choices about receiving communications from us.

We do not knowingly collect special category data or data relating to children through this website.

We use personal data only where the law allows. Most commonly:

6. Footage and people captured in our work

Our work involves aerial and ground filming and photography on and around construction sites and properties. People who appear in footage or stills we capture can ask us to remove or redact their image by contacting hello@overaboveaerial.com. On request, and at no charge, we blur or redact identifiable individuals in delivered media. We handle all such footage in line with applicable data protection law.

7. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business and website (for example hosting, email and analytics providers), and where required by law. Where any provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it for, including to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Project footage and working files are retained in line with the terms of each engagement.
