Insurance.

We carry £10m public liability, £1m professional indemnity, and £10m employer's liability across all UK operations. All policies are renewed annually. Certificates of Insurance current to the year are available on request and re-issued within 24 hours.

Accreditations.

We hold the SSIP accreditations expected for principal contractor supply chains. Our standard onboarding documents map to the Common Assessment Standard, the construction PQQ that has replaced PAS 91 since 2024.

RAMS and onboarding

01 Standard RAMS templates are issued for every site visit. Templates cover drone operations, MEWP work where required, public exclusion zones, and emergency procedures.
02 RAMS are submitted to your principal contractor in your preferred format: Procore, Asite, BIM360, or PDF.
03 Standard turnaround on a new site RAMS is three working days. We carry templates for residential, commercial, regeneration and infrastructure projects.
04 Operational Authorisation reference, OSC reference, and pilot certificates are available on request.

Data, NDA and GDPR.

UK-resident hosting

All footage, stills and data are stored on UK-resident infrastructure. Working files are retained for 24 months by default for time-lapse continuity. Final deliverables are retained for the duration of the contract plus 12 months unless otherwise agreed.

NDA standard

NDAs are standard before mobilisation. We will sign your NDA template or provide our own. Roughly a third of our active work is under NDA.

GDPR for individuals on site

Workers, residents, and members of the public visible in delivered media are blurred or redacted on request, free of charge. Footage of identifiable individuals is handled under our written GDPR policy.
